General Instructions

The 1st Convocation of Bhattadev University is tentatively scheduled for the last week of March. (Visit the University’s website regularly for updates.)
Students eligible for registration:
- U.G. degree graduates from 2022 to January 31, 2025.
- P.G. or Ph.D. degree graduates from 2021 to January 31, 2025.
Graduating students must register to receive their degrees in person or in absentia. (Click here to register.)
Eligible students must pay a non-refundable registration fee through online mode only:
- ₹2000 for Ph.D., Master, or Bachelor degree programs.
(Pay via SBI Collect.)
Upload the transaction receipt (JPEG or PDF) with the Transaction ID and date during registration. (Ensure the transaction is successful; failed or pending receipts will result in cancellation.)
Students unable to attend the Convocation after fee submission can collect their certificate from the Academic Registrar’s office.
Upload the following documents (in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format, max size 1 MB each):
- ADMIT card (preferably from the last semester).
- Cumulative Grade Sheet (with CGPA).
Register using the Online Registration Form.
Use the SBI Collect link to pay the registration fee.
